Warranty Policy

At Final Frontier Sports, products sold are subject to the warranty policies of their respective vendors or manufacturers. For any warranty inquiries, please contact us at
info@finalfrontiersports.com, and we will assist you in connecting with the appropriate company. Below are specific warranty details for a few of our manufacturers.

Scurion Warranty

Scurion® Commercial Warranty

If your Scurion® product or its accessories fail to operate according to specifications during the warranty period, we will arrange for it to be repaired or replaced with a quality-assured refurbished unit. The Scurion® commercial warranty period is 1 year and covers faults in materials or manufacturing.

  • European Union/Switzerland Warranty Extension: If you live in a member state of the European Union or in Switzerland, the product warranty is extended to 2 years in
    accordance with Directive 1999/44/EC on consumer goods and guarantees.
  • Other Countries: You may have additional rights depending on your location, which are not affected by this warranty.
  • Legal Rights: This warranty is an additional benefit and does not affect any legal rights you may have against the supplier of your Scurion® product.

What is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover the following:

  • Damage caused externally (e.g., normal wear and tear, oxidation, improper storage, poor maintenance, accidents, negligence, or improper usage)
  • Usage outside of the product’s specifications (e.g., diving)
  • Use of non-approved parts or accessories (e.g., batteries other than Scurion®)
  • Unauthorized modifications or alterations

Warranty Claims

To make a claim, please ensure you have the necessary information available, including proof of purchase (receipt or invoice with serial number, location, and date of purchase). Email this information with a brief description of the issue to service@scurion.ch. We will contact you immediately to assist with troubleshooting or determining the fault. If repairs are needed, we will advise you on the next steps.

Out-of-Warranty Repairs

If your product fails outside the warranty period, the same procedure applies, but repair or replacement costs, including shipping, will be communicated upfront.

Final Frontier Sports Services

Final Frontier Sports is an authorized full-service provider for Scurion products. We work directly with Scurion to offer after-warranty repairs and maintenance for wear and tear.

Swaygo Warranty

All Swaygo Gear products come with a lifetime warranty—however, this refers to the product’s lifetime, not the customer’s. If your product still has life left in it, we will typically fix
or replace it at no charge. Depending on how you use the product, its lifetime may vary from years to minutes. This warranty covers material and manufacturing defects.

This policy is in place to protect both us and our customers from misuse of warranties. If you experience any issues, please contact us.

Zebralight Warranty

ZebraLight, Inc. warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. We will repair or replace, at our discretion and at no charge, any products or parts found to be defective under normal use within 12 months of the purchase date, with proof of purchase.
